Semi-Annual Maintenance Fee: The maintenance fee will increase slightly to $299.00 per Semi-Annual period or $598.00 per year.

C70-22"copper top", C60-31 "silver gray, C70-28 " Santa Fe", C70-33 " pyramid", C60-33 "slate gray", C70-29 " bear claw" Tuf Top (Concrete Floor and Driveway Enamel) Concrete (can be purchased at Palmeto Bay Paint Store on 140th and US1)
The approved paint colors have been adopted by the ACC and Board. You must still present an application to paint your home. IMPORTANT - Trim color must be white or off-white but not beige.
